"Carnisse in Flux" was a collaborative project between me (Shardenia Felicia) and Omid Kheirabadi), where we aimed to explore the impact of gentrification on the Carnisse neighborhood in the south of Rotterdam through a series of performance workshops and a final Happening event.

One month working on a subject beyond our power as Rotterdam citizens, but grasping the importance of this subject. Even though our work would not reach the ones who would go on with the demolishing, we still reached the neighbor's. 

We research the significance of gentrification for the area of Carnisse Singel by doing multiple workshops with people who are directly and indirectly affected by the consequences of gentrification. Our research culminated in a happening performance of 4 hours.
